　　This is our sweetie Beth. She has a beautiful black and brown brindle coat, and the prettiest light brown eyes you have ever seen. Beth is incredibly friendly, loves to give lots of kisses and attention to whomever is nearby. She likes to jump and perform for her adoring fans, but she is more than happy to just cuddle up with her favorite human and watch a movie, too. As is true with most Labradors, Beth is very loyal and good natured. She has an even temper, and is calm and quiet, even when the other dogs are barking like mad. That's not to say she won't defend her territory and her humans if need be, but under normal circumstances she is a lover, not a fighter. She is good with other dogs, so long as she isn't threatened by them, but not so much with cats. We always advise that owners bring current pets in to meet potential new friends prior to adoption.

　　This super sweet girl was brought to the Humane Society on a day when we were closed, so the owners took her to the Animal Services Shelter, which was also closed. Frustrated, Beth's owners dumped her in the parking lot and drove off, leaving this poor girl to fend for herself in 100+ degree temperatures! Anticipating this, a GHHS staff member drove by and rescued Beth and brought her here to our kennel. Beth is now safe and healthy and looking for a loving family to return all the sweetness she gives out! Please come visit Beth today.
