My story

　　Hi there! Shelly here! I am a pretty two-year-old retriever mix that was recently rescued by Animal Control! Yep, I was out wandering and couldn’t find my way back home. They rolled me into the shelter where I have waited my allotted time. As the nice folks here were getting me ready for adoption they gave me all of my vaccinations, they gave me a microchip, and they had me spayed. One little problem did show up on my health check up. I am heartworm positive. I am sure with help from the shelter and my new adoptive family I will get through treatment safely!
