　　This beautiful old gal ended up in the shelter. She is unsure of what is going on right now and scared.

　　Because she can't see it takes her a while to open up and bond to people and she startles easily especially if she doesn't hear you approach her. Shelby needs a quiet home with a patient, understanding person so that she can decompress and feel safe again. She needs a foster or forever home asap so that we can get her life back on track.
