My story

　　Sweet Shadow and his darling brother Charlie have shared a great bond since their entry into this world, and have always been deeply loved. Their devoted person was a huge supporter of the Cat House on the Kings and was assured that we would find her precious boys a loving home should she pass away. Sadly that has come to pass and our promise will be honored. These great guys are very easy-going, used to interacting with humans, and adore attention, including all the petting and neck scratches they are offered. They love to sleep together in their bed, get their fuzzy wuzzy coats brushed, groom each other, watch the birds, and scamper and romp when the mood strikes them. When you arrive home you can expect these affectionate fellows will always greet you with welcoming soft meows, happy purrs, and lots of leg rubs! They are very gentle sweethearts and will be quietly joyful and fun in a welcoming, loving home. We don’t know how they would do with dogs but seem okay with other cats. Both Shadow and Charlie are extra fluffy and handsomely attired in elegant inky black and bright white, ready to be two undeniably dignified, devoted, and affectionate gentlemen in your world!

　　Please note: Shadow is shown as a Maine Coon Mix based solely on his appearance. We rarely take in purebred animals, so virtually all of them are a mix of several breeds. Do not make an adoption decision based only on our breed designation, especially if you are concerned about allergies.
