Sergeant 30174's story

　　Sergeant is a 3-year-old male Beagle who must be neutered before he is adopted. He is brown with beautiful white markings; he has those gorgeous soft Beagle ears! Sergeant has the prettiest eyes and he even appears to be wearing dark eyeliner! He currently weighs 35 pounds so Sergeant is considered to be a medium sized adult dog. He came to PAHS as a stray who was found out in the county and was turned in with his friend (Lieutenant--another Beagle). We were surprised that their owner never came in to reclaim these boys. Sergeant is happy, outgoing, and loving. It could even be said this handsome fellow has a merry temperament. Sergeant would enjoy life best living with a family who is active. Daily walks and a fenced yard would be perfect for Sergeant and help to curb his energy. He is great with children and gets along fine with other dogs Sergeant is super friendly and would make a wonderful family dog. If you are interested in adopting Sergeant come out and meet him soon. Since he is leash trained and loves to go on long walks--why not get to know his precious personality while taking him for a walk at the shelter?

　　Dogs can be adopted for $120. Cat adoption fees are $50. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter certificate, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under 'special needs' our dogs have screened heartworm negative.
