Scruffy's story

　　This little guy has had a very rough start in life. We met him after the police called us to a woman who had 17dogs in her studio apartment. The conditions were so bad that the police had to go through a decontamination process after they got every one out. We were not allowed in. We loaded up all the dogs who were scared and almost feral. We have been working with them and they are doing wonderful. They have come out of their shells and love to be loved! Scruffy is about a year old....weighs 11.5lbs and is looking forward to have a safe and loving furever home. Text Anne at
