Scruffy's story

　　Scruffy is a 3MO Dachshund/Terrier/chihuahua mix. The mom was a Chiweenie and the dad was an adorable scruffy terrier. Bolt and his 4 siblings were all surrendered to a shelter in TX because they were an "accidental litter". It did seem to be on the verge of a hoarding situation as the family did surrender three different litters, but luckily they allowed us to spay/neuter all the dogs they were keeping so this wouldn't happen again.

　　Scruffy and his 4 siblings are each unique, and it is clear they are mixes, but they are all as adorable as can be! All 5 of them have the long dachshund faces and the sweet, sweet dachshund disposition. Even though they have been shuffled around so much and they wanna do it be loved. They loves to play with each other and the other dogs in the home. Right now they are living on a farm and love to romp behind the foster mom and always keep tallys on what she is doing. They truly are just as sweet as can be and are going to be such wonderful dogs. We are guessing they will be about 12-17lbs when full grown (best guess).

　　They would love to have another buddy to play with but it is not mandatory. As long as they have someone who has lots of time to spend with them and tons of love to give they will be happy forever!
