My story

　　This handsome shepherd mix is Scooby!  He is about 4 years old and weighs 45lbs.  Scooby is such a sweet and gentle boy who is in the prime of his adult years!  He adores spending time with his humans and loves affection. Scoobey lived much of his life outside in a 4 x 6 dog run with no shelter.  A local rescue urged the owner to relinquish him which they eventually did. Scooby is elated to be out and about in the world and is very curious about things. He has been attending doggie day care and is has made lots of canine and human friends due to his charming personality and George Clooney good looks .  Scooby is a little bit on the shy, reserved type so he doesn't require exorbitant amounts of exercise. He just wants a safe, warm place to call home. Since he loves his people, Scooby will happily tag along with you on strolls and errands.  He is good with other dogs but does not need another canine sibling. At doggie day care he simply steps aside if he has had too much play time and chooses to observe.  He is doing great on leash and although he doesn't love the crate, he sleeps just fine in one at night. Scooby would do well in a home with a yard, but it must be securely fenced and 6ft tall.
