Sandy's story
Sandy is a 13lb, 9 week old Shepherd/Lab/Pit mix. The picture of the Australian Shepherd is the mom, and we were told the dad was a pitbull/lab mix, but we cannot confirm that since we never saw the dad. Either way these pups are beyond beautiful, their eyes are stunning, and their personalities are amazing. We believe they will be about 40-50lbs full grown.
Sandy and her siblings were an "accidental litter" in Texas. the family who had them was threatening to take them to a shelter if we didn't take them in immediately. Luckily we were able to get them, and mom, and bring them all here to CO to find their forever homes! At first they were a little nervous, but our wonderful fosters have been socializing them and teaching them how to play, snuggle, romp around, walk on a leash, and be the happiest puppies. They have come to far in such a short amount of time. They are going to all have the most amazing, loving personalities. They are smart, loving, and playful - pretty much everything someone could want in a dog. When they play, they play hard, and when they sleep, they sleep even harder!
We know that each of these babies has so much love to give and just needs a forever family to give it to. A family who has lots of time to spend with them, who truly thinks of them as family, and will take them on some awesome adventures, and maybe even have a buddy for them to play with (but that is not a must).
