My story
Sandi is a 5MO, 35lb adorable Mutt. Sandi and her sister were found as strays in Texas when they were 3MO. They were the only two survivors of their litter :( The shelters are SO overflowing right now and they are euthanizing daily to make room for the next ones, but we knew these two girls needed an opportunity at a life, especially after surviving the streets of Texas. They didn't survive that long to die at the hands of humans.Sandi has come a long way since she first arrived in Colorado with her sister Rosie. They were very shy and timid. The both came out of their shells so nicely! Sandi is the sweetest, smartest little lover! She is still learning personal bubble and at this point your bubble is her bubble. She loves to lay ON you and roll on her back for belly loves. Belly rubs are pretty serious business for her. Shd loves them! She will settle for laying next to you if you insists. She is all about being around the people. She wants to be right there in the middle of the action. Her coloring is so unique and she has thes cutest curly/wavy haired tail. It’s so awesome and soft. Her ears are almost standing up but are just smidge still floppy. They’re so cute. She’s be known to swipe a few kisses with her big ole tongue. She’s about 30 lbs and is all puppy. She has a lot of energy and will be happiest in a home where she can burn that energy either on regular walks, runs, or hikes. A backyard would be the best case scenario for this high energy girl. She has been socialized with dogs of all sizes and is great with them all. She has the balance though, high energy and snuggler extraordinaire. If you are interested in adopting Sandi or her sister Rosie, please fill out our adoption application at brighterdaysdogrescue.com##1477804##
