　　You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sam is approximately 6 yrs old. Sam is house trained. She is good with kids and other dogs and men. She is very loving and loyal. Unsure how she is with cats. She is not fond of water. Owner says she is up to date on vaccines and heart worm prevention.
