My story

　　Sal, the wonder pupper!Sal is a 1 year old, male, wonder mix of terriers and some border collie maybe, and weighs about 20 lbs. The TAP team has been observing this lil guy at the Ensenada shelter since a few months and was determined to break him out and change him from a terrified puppy to the happiest one! His demeanor has changed for the better and he is a happy puppy, learning good manners now. He is mostly crate trained and working on bathroom and leash training. He will be neutered soon.Sal is a super friendly dog with puppy energy, making him all cute and playful! He gets along great with other dogs and adores the ones who are the same size as him. He has met his foster mom's neighbors' cats and he was calm and friendly. His foster mom trusts him to be friendly with kids too because he has never shown aggression, even when really scared. He is a puppy, so needs behavioral training. He is a people pleaser and responds well to corrections. We are unsure of his past, but he is afraid of men and trying to get past that. He will need a mom in his family who can be his security blanket. He is apprehensive about car rides, and crowded public spaces, so he will not be a coffee shop companion for atleast now. Inspite of his fear, he is just a wonderful lil guy with a gentle nature, eager to share all the love in his heart!Sal would be such an adorable company for any family! He will do best with a lady/ladies who can be his forever mom. He would love to have more dogs for company. This pet's adoption fee is $300 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots and microchip.
