OCTOBER 1st - This 27' Ericson is located in Kittery Maine, in the water, with no trailer available.  It can be seen anytime upon appointment, and can either be towed to a new local location, or a boat transport company can move it to your location.  It has been unattended in the water for several months, so needs a complete refurbishment.  It will make a superb sailing sloop when finished, and the manufacturer has a reputation for building very solid sailing craft.  This boat is the last year of the 27's, so represents their best construction.  (Note:  The Ericson under sail is not this boat, but an identical model).
