Sage -Special Plea's story

　　Our recently rescued "Sage" was evaluated by Dr. Corcoran with Vet Vision yesterday. It turns out that he will need surgery to correct the 3rd eyelid which is showing as a result of a previously untreated infection. We hope to schedule his operation for next month. He will require a two week recuperation that includes antibiotic eye drops, pain meds, etc. after which he will be available for adoption. Even with a rescue discount, the estimated cost is $350. 　　Sage is a gentle, low key 5 mos old boy who will sit on your lap for as long as you'll allow. He loves being brushed and will need regular care to keep his silky coat from matting. His favorite spot to sleep at night is on the pillow next to you. Like all kittens, he loves to play and will be seeking a home where he'll have another kitten companion.
