Sadie is a gorgeous, Domestic Long Hair with many of the characteristics of a Nebelung.

　　The name Nebelung is German and means creature of the mist, a reference to the cats shimmering silvery-blue coat that seems to float over her body.

　　The Nebelung has a reputation as a gentle, quiet cat, somewhat shy, but dont get the wrong idea. This cat may have a reserved nature, but she loves to play (being especially fond of retrieving).

　　Guests will not receive her immediate attention and may never see her unless she decides they are worthy of her notice, but toward family members, especially her favored person, she is ever loyal, following them through the house and always staying nearby.

　　The Nebelung breed is known for liking to jump and climb to high places but here in Sadie's exception.

　　This beautiful girl seems to prefer to be on the floor and is very content sleeping in a bed under her foster mom's desk.

　　When Sadie was first rescued she arrived with a abscessed wound on her head.

　　We weren't sure if she was hit by a car or attacked by an animal.

　　We suspect this may be the reason why she doesn't like to be pet on her head.

　　But who knows?

　　Maybe over time as you gain her trust, this may change.
