Under a year old(10 mos), Sadie was being peddled on the streets of San Francisco--a concerned citizen bought her for $10 and brought her to us. Sadie doesn't seem any worse for the wear; she is a happy, confident puppy who loves people and other dogs. A little underfed, with some calorie dense food, she will get up to her ideal weight. We think she is about her adult size already.
She has a ton of puppy energy to get out, and would be a great fit for an active family. Like any pup, Sadie will need some more basic training , but she is eager to learn, friendly, and good with other dogs.
For more information, please visit the Northern California Family Dog Rescue website: There you can learn more about this doggie and our San Francisco-based rescue. If you fill out an adoption or foster questionnaire online, (see menu top of our homepage) we will get back to you ASAP. No fee to foster and we will provide you with support as needed. The charge to adopt includes spay/neuter, one free wellness examination in SF, and up to date shots.
Sorry, we can not adopt or foster to folks living outside of the Northern California area and you MUST be able to meet up with the dog you are interested in and us in order to proceed to a foster or adoption.
