Private 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom unit is available for rent. The unit is fully furnished with brand new furniture and appliances. The bedroom features a queen bed, study desk, nightstand, full-size mirror, closet storage, and a comfortable accent chair by the window, ideal for relaxing. High-speed internet with WiFi 6E and 1Gb/s connectivity is included.

The open-concept living area includes a spacious kitchen with modern appliances, a dining bar with chic stools, a comfortable lounge area, and a 70" TV for your entertainment. A dedicated workspace with a desk by the window offers a perfect spot for catching up on emails or enjoying the view while working.

The unit is pet-friendly and currently has a warm, quiet, and friendly Shih Tzu, who has earned the title of “self-appointed border patrol” by night. We prefer a fully potty-trained dog as an ideal match and companion, preferably of a similar size for playtime.

Rent is $1,375/month plus utilities. The security deposit is $TBD (refundable). The minimum stay is 1/3/6 months.

The pet deposit is $250 (non-refundable).
