The guitar is on the high end of the action at the 12th fret around 5mm on the low E string.  However, I am a beginner player and find this guitar highly playable. I could have shaved the saddle as there is plenty of saddle to do so, but left that for the buyer just in case he/she is happy with the action.  Has new premium RC strings which makes the guitar sound really nice.  Guitar has minor nicks and scratches but no cracks and no repairs.  The tuners are very nice, not original, but expensive and fine quality.Case is in fair condition and will protect the guitar during the shipment.  Guitar will also be boxed in a Guitar box with plenty of packing materials.This is an early model and the quality of the woods show this.  Great guitar for beginner or more advanced player.
