Rufus's story

　　Rufus is a Chihuahua/terrier puppy. He will probably be about 10lbs when full grown (give or take a few). Rufus and his brother Oswald are the sweetest, tiniest pups!

　　Rufus and Oswald were surrendered to our rescue partners in New Mexico. They were from an "oops" litter and were going to be dumped at the local shelter. We knew these adorable boys could find forever homes of their own here in CO, so we quickly scooped them up and brought them to safety.

　　Rufus and Oswald are great little pups! They get along great with the fosters dogs, kitties, and kids. Since day one from being in our care they have been well socialized, happy, healthy little pups. They have wonderful, sweet personalities. These pups would love homes where they can be the center of attention. They would love to have doggy siblings, but that is not a must. As long as they are loved and well cared for they will be happy. Since they are still young pups, they need a family who has lots of time to spend with them, training them, and showing them how to grow into the wonderful pups they are already on their way to becoming.
