My story

　　Oh, hello. My name is Ruben! You are looking at a two-year-old terrier mix that is really happy to be sitting in my big dog run at the shelter! I was lost and confused in a neighborhood not too long ago. Fortunately someone called Animal Control to pick me up. I waited my allotted time and I can now look for a new home. I have all of my vaccinations, I am heartworm negative, I have a microchip, and I have been neutered. Now when you meet me you will probably notice that my ribs are still showing! I guess I was out on the "road for a while and didn't get all of the food I needed. The shelter has been helping me by giving me extra helpings of nutritious food! I know I will be able to count on my new family to make sure I get the appropriate amount of food and treats when I am adopted!
