Rottweiler - Chipper - Large - Adult - Male - Dog

　　Chipper is about 18 months old and a Special Needs boy. He came from a very careless breeder here in North Alabama and he has a bad hip. He has been x-rayed and one side has been found to be dysplastic. The good news is that he has little problem with it and as long as his weight is kept in control and he is well exercised he is pain-free. He is on joint supplements that cost about $20/month and only has to have anti-inflammatories in very cold, wet weather. At present he is doing beautifully, rarely limps and is pain-free. Chipper is a sweet boy who is very willing to please. He is smart and catches on to whatever he needs to be taught quickly. He is good with other dogs and loves to play. He prefers girls to boys but will play nicely with other boys when properly introduced. He is a bit guarding of his food but has been worked with successfully in that area.
