Rotel stereo power conditionerA great component for stereo protection and convenient sequenced turn-on.  Nine grounded outlets with two high current for amplifier duty which have an 'ON' delay to protect speakers from transient noises during start-up/shut down.The additional two prong cord is for remote power on.  If not needed, then it should be plugged into the unswitched outlet on the back.This has been a reliable component of mine for over a decade, but in the process of thinning the herd.  I'd rate it a conservative 7/10.Thanks for looking.
