I bought this and cost as much as my sectional couch just cause it rotates. It is in very good condition and I will even throw in the tree behind it for decoration. ;) I paid 700 for this and is a huge loveseat that can easily fit 3, plus it rotates. lol I am asking 250 firm for this.
