Rosie's story
She was taken from the Cullman County Animal Shelter prior to euthanization. She was pregnant and delivered 6 puppies 2 weeks later. Five survived. She had difficulty with delivery and the puppies had to be delivered via C-section. She was spayed, all shots and is now heart worm negative. She was positive and has been treated. She was cleared for adoption 27 July 2018.
She is an awesome dog. She is great with small children allowing my 2 yr old grandson to pull kibble from her food bowl and throw it at her. She would run and get the kibble after it bounced off of her and return for another kibble to be thrown her way. She loves positive attention and is well known for rolling over in front of every human she meets for a belly rub. She is a low energy dog and rides well in a car too. She is loyal and looks to her human for everything.
