My story

　　Rose Marie: (AKA: "Rosie") 2 year old, black and tan, spayed female, natural ears & tail, 10" & 8lbs. Shots up-to-date & micro-chipped. Rescued from shelter.Rose Marie is literally just about the sweetest foster I have ever had - and I've had many! She is very loving, smart, and quite the character. She did have an unhappy road on her way to our rescue group - the mailman found her as a stray and took her to the local shelter, and that is how she found her way to us.When she first arrived in her foster home, she was literally covered in ticks from head to toe. Her foster family removed many of the ticks, and then after two trips to the vet, and then a trip to the groomer, she is now tick free. Now she is clean and shiny and just waiting for her foster home!She is quite the little angel - she is house broken using a doggie door, is crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, gets along with her doggie foster brothers, and enjoys her walks around the neighborhood. She is a rare dog in my house - one that actually retrieves the ball when we play fetch.
