My story

　　This is Rooster. He's is a big boy but don't let that deter you because he is a big sweetie. He is great on a leash, and in the kennel he is crate trained as long as you take him out when he needs to go potty. He walks good on a leash, and to be as big as he is he actually is scared of other dogs when they bark at him. He will crawl and get down on the ground. We have found that he is not great with other dogs, but I think he is more intimidated. With his short time here at the shelter, he has become a little barrier reactive. This mainly means that whenever you go to his kennel door, he will bark and look very scary, but he is basically telling you that he wants to go outside. We are working with this at the shelter by giving him treats while at the door so he focuses on the treats instead of you trying to get him out once you open the door he is great and loves to walk, but we have to work on his kennel presence. He also has learned to sit with a clicker for a treat. But the short time we have had him we have learned how good of a pup he is and we are hoping to find him a forever home. Currently, he has a handler who works with him 1 to 2 times a day on his little quirks but he is a super cute and adorable dog.
