Rookie, 14mos, male, 45lb, Staffie x.

　　Hi I'm Rookie, I'm just a young dude. You can maybe see in my pictures I'm still not always sure of what's going on. I know my basic commands like sit, down, and wait (most of the time). I am well house trained and have good manners inside. I walk well with my harness on but need to stay on leash or in a fenced in yard when outdoors.

　　I like other dogs and can get along with cats as well. I love to play soccer and fetch with my people and don't mind sharing my toys with them. I can be excitable and get a little mouthy, I am still just a puppy; but I listen well when asked to sit!

　　I need help understanding that people are not trying to take my food. I am gentle when I take treats from your hand but I don't like my bowl being reached for. I should be fed in a controlled environment without other animals or people in my area. In this aspect, I need training and routine. For this reason, I should not be in a home with kids under 15.

　　I am sweet, playful, and healthy and I'm ready for my furever home!
