　　  Meet Rocky and Roy! UPDATE 12/14/21 Rocky and Roy are two VERY handsome boys!  These two siblings just turned a year old and are fully grown. They are our cat adoption center volunteer's favorite pair as they are very loving and playful. Some of the volunteers actually think they are Tabby and Persian because of their round eyes/face. They have beautiful markings but also have sweet, gentle personalities. Recently Rocky went into a foster to adopt trial however he didn't do so well and was a bit shy in the home. We think the shyness is likely from being away from his brother, so our goal is to adopt these brothers together since its obvious they grew up together and have been together their whole life. Hence we are considering these guys as a bonded pair.  We don't know how these kitties would do around dogs, but they will likely warm up to a cat friendly dog if introduced properly. When it comes to cats, they do well with the cats in the adoption center like kittens or other young cats.  They would likely do well with other cats in the home if they are easy going, cat friendly cats. They have not lived with children, but have been exposed to them and do well around them, although we suspect gentle easy-going children with manners around cats would be best during the initial get to know you time. These sweet brothers are currently residing at our cat adoption center and if they are not adopted during the holidays, they will need a foster family right after the new year starts.  If you are interested fostering or adopting this bonded pair, please complete an online application today at UPDATE November 2021 These one-year-old brothers are currently in our cat adoption center at the PetSmart in Clairemont. As with all cats coming into a new environment, it took these two a little time to explore and feel comfortable in their new surroundings.  However, Rocky and Roy adjusted in no time and are two of our volunteers' favorites. Rocky is a little shy until he gets to know you, but will become a great friend. Roy is the more outgoing of the two and a real people lover.  They both enjoy being petted and love scampering up and down the cat tree and playing with all of the toys.
