My story
06/15/22 This sweet and silly gal is Rizzo! Rizzo came to the shelter as a stray so we don't have any history on her. Here at the shelter she has been quite the doll! Rizzo appears to be comfortable being outside on a dog house. When housed inside at the shelter she has done well but does not appear to be housebroken. If you plan on making her an inside doggo she may need some help adjusting with potty training, basic commands, and the ins and outs of being a indoor pup! Rizzo was picked up with a few other dogs but we do not know how she does with other animals such as dogs, cats, pocket pets, and livestock. She has not been overly impressed with her doggy neighbor who can be a bit on the vocal side. Making sure to do appropriate introductions to other animals will be key to her success! Alaskan huskies are known for being runners and having a high prey drive. Please make sure that Rizzo is properly restrained when outdoors. Rizzo is an active girl who would love to become somebodies next adventure buddy! If you are interested in meeting this girl please give the shelter a call!July 19, 2022, 11:32 pm
