My story

　　Go with the flow, just like River!

　　Hey fellas! I am River, a female spayed Terrier mix, 2 years old and a big gal at 70 lbs. I hit a hard bend in my life when I was almost euthanized at the Riverside shelter. But I found my fortune like a waterfall when I was rescued right on time. I have been building my broken bridges at my foster home, and know that I can trust these good people. I have been a great gal and picked up bathroom and leash training. I am leash reactive and positive reinforcement along with desensitization will help me so much!

　　I like to flow with everyone, and been very friendly with all dogs I have met. Playing tug with dogs is awesome fun! I shared a kennel at the shelter too with a buddy. I have been wonderful with kiddos, and yet to meet a cat. I love hanging out with my family and enjoying my Kong, while they get done with their work day, even alone at home. Then I accompany them for a fun play session in the yard and on nice walks. My mama says that I am the best companion to come to after a work day and watch cuddly TV with. I have let go of my past and embraced all the love. You can hear all my affection, quite literally, as a snort out of delight! It's like piggie in a blankie when you call me up on the bed!

　　If you want a pawfect gal who gets along swimmingly well with everyone, you have the right one! I would love to be in a home full of love and fun playtime. I would fit in any family as long as they have a huge heart! If you think we can meet like the river meets at the ocean, seamlessly, let's get together!
