Rio's story

　　Rio was found in the parking lot in the summer of 2016. She was dehydrated, starving, and laying on HOT pavement! We were so sad for her! She was fostered to get her ready for adoption. Unfortunately, she get getting dropped to the bottom of the list because other cats more urgently needed placement. Now, it is HER time! She is full of life - feisty, playful, inquisitive, and loving. We want to find her the best home and make sure she is safe and loved forever.
