Ringo's story
Ringo is a 1 year old Black Mouth Cur Mix weighing 50(ish)lbs.
Ringo was dumped at a shelter at just 8 weeks old. Our rescue took him in and found him a family...a family we thought would be his forever family. Well, Ringo is now 1 year and 2 months old and his family is returning him because they are moving and don't want the hassle of bringing a dog with them. We are so bummed because we try so hard to do right by these pups, and Ringo has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong.
He is such a good boy. He is potty trained, loves to go to the dog park, and hang out with his family. He is always ready to go, go, go. Hes never shown a single hint of aggression and thinks everyone is his best friend. Ringo still has that adorable clumsy puppy goofiness to him, and is truly one of a kind. He loves playing with kids and is gentle when he does. His favorite spot to sleep is with his head on my daughters legs, so he knows if she moves. He is trained to voice commands and hand signals. He will make a family very happy, we just want to make sure his next family is his true forever family because he so deserves it. He deserved all the snuggles, affection, and fun adventures life has to offer and he is so ready for all of that!
On top of it all, his family has given us less than a week to find him somewhere to go. Since we are a foster based rescue, we are desperately looking for a safe place for him to land. We are hoping for it to be his forever home, but right now we are really hoping for a foster home too, or even a foster-to-adopt situation.
