My story

　　Rhus (pronounce Roose) is an owner surrender who has been well cared for. She bonded with the man of the house, but once he moved out, she has not bonded as well with the female of the house and does not appear happy anymore. She loves dogs and is fine with other cats. She sleeps with the owner's nephew whenever he visits. She is clealy a MAN cat! Rhus has sass and spunk and loves to play. Her ideal home is with a cat loving MAN and a dog to snuggle and play with. She's a "tree cat," so needs a tall cat tower, which the owner would like to offer to the adopter.

　　We only adopt kittens and young cats out within a one hour radius of Wilmington, NC to those over 21 years old. Occasionally we make exceptions for adult cats, but we are not a transport company.
