　　"Van-alike", with a playful nature who loves to cuddle and give kisses, Rhattie is the one for you!

　　She is a mature lady, allegedly 15 years old who recently aced her senior vet exam. She is healthy, FIV/Felv negative, spayed and up to date on her vaccinations. Rhattie is a small-framed cat who loves to sit on your lap and be held like a baby. She was rescued by Hearts That Purr from a public shelter where she was abandoned by uncaring relatives after her human passed away. That could have been the end of the road for her, but we saved her and know she yearns for a new person to call her own. Please look beyond her years because she has the health and energy of a much younger cat, and has so much love and life left to give a lucky human.

　　Everyone who meets Rhattie loves her. She is tiny - only 6.5 pounds of love that will make you feel like the most worthy human on the planet. However, there are a few ounces of sass thrown in just to keep you humble - she is a mature lady afterall! Truly a special kitty who would have never wound up in a cage at a public shelter had her beloved person not died first. We have observed her with other cats and she is not a fan, so we think she'd be happier as an only pet.

　　Please note: We utilize an adoption contract that prohibits declawing of any cat adopted from our organization and frown upon the practice as we have seen firsthand the negative effects as a cat ages. (If you think you must declaw a cat, please adopt one that has already been declawed or rescue a nice dog instead.)
