This 100 year old scale has actually been restored. the scale works as it did 100 years ago, however it appears like it did 100 years back. Prior to it was recovered it was in the major lobby of a Marie Calendars Restaurant and had empty fruit boxes on it for display. I recovered this product to be displayed and admired from a age long back. It would make a fantastic display item in a lobby of a feed store or a basic mercantile establishment. The color is reproduced from old image's and exactly what paint was left on the scale. It has 2 coats of polyurethane to secure the paint and allow it to look great for another 100 years.
