　　This piano is not playable at the present time. Estimated repair costs to return it to playable condition range from $3450 to $4350. Add approximately $4600 to refinish the encasement for a total range of $8050 to $8950 for a complete restoration.

　　Items needing repair: Key tops, total new action, tuning, encasement refinishing, pedals, dampers and the replacement of some hammers. Also, the prop poles are missing.

　　There were no cracks found in the soundboard.
