For sale is a well-used redwood clubhouse/fort with slide and two swings. Originally acquired in June 2004, this has withstood numerous winter seasons, kids and squirrels.

　　Our own youngsters have actually outgrown this by years and I have tried to extend its efficiency as a swing by adding a couple of cedar supports to one side of the swing (see pics). It was originally ranked for a youngster of no more than 150 lbs to swing on it without extra supports but I would not trust that after numerous years. Extra cedar bracing would serve it well for the swings.

　　The various squirrels have liked cutting teeth on it in numerous locations, consisting of the slide. Structurally it is sound but cosmetically it is showing (see pics). Likewise, we have had some carpenter bees making holes and houses within the lumbers. They don't sting however are loud and huge and may come along for the transportation.

　　I still have the original assembly instructions but you will need to disassemble and haul out by yourself. I am asking $150 since the hardware for the swing, mounting hardware and slide would likely set you back that much anyhow. Other offers could be accepted.
