Raye's story

　　Sweet Raye deserves nothing but the best. She was neglected by her former owners, and then they dumped her at the shelter with a serious leg injury. Friends of Rescue got her the help she needed, which included TPLO surgery to repair a torn cruciate ligament, and she is finally ready to find her perfect FORever home. Despite the fact that she resembles a baby hippo, she is truly the sweetest dog ever. All she wants is to snuggle up on the coach, and love on her stuffed toys. She is very low energy and is not interested in a lot of exercise. In her foster home, she uses a dog door to take herself outside, and she is perfectly house trained. She absolutely loves people and is happiest when she is snuggled up to her humans. She would do best as an only pet because she prefers a quiet calm environment. She would be great company for someone who is home a lot. This sweet girl is absolutely precious, and she will make someone a wonderful companion.
