My story
People can’t stop ravin’ about Raven!
Hi, friends! My name is Raven. I’m the most loving girl with an irresistible personality. I’m a 2.5-year-old, 51-pound Shepherd mix. I’m already neutered and ready to snuggle into a furever home! I was rescued from San Diego, Texas, and previously suffered a leg injury. This left me with chronic pain that I manage with Carprofen (~$33.00 for 2 months supply) and Dasuquin Chews cost (~$40.00 for 3 months supply, depending on where purchased). I need to continue monitoring my bloodwork in order to stay on these meds, but none of this slows me down! I’m sure once I’m adopted I’ll continue to spread my wings even more!
I’m a super sweet girl who adores her family. With a proper introduction, I love all people and I’m a huge sucker for pets and snuggles. I’d do well with kids around 7+ but wouldn’t do well with other dogs or cats. What can I say, I just prefer people! I can be active when I want and enjoy hiking, pulling you on the skateboard, and playing in the backyard. Even though I like a bit of exercise, I’m an even bigger fan of hanging in my kiddy pool, sunbathing, and couch cuddles. Overall, I’m a pretty mellow girl!
I’m well-behaved in the house and never have accidents inside. I am leash trained and hardly have any separation anxiety. My favorite thing in the world is… cheese! Can you blame me? I’m sure I can be enticed into more training with some cheddar on the line!
I’m a calm, lovable girl who would make the ultimate companion. My ideal home is one with a yard where I can work on my California tan. I know that once we meet, you’re going to flock to me! Fly on over and adopt sweet Raven!
My adoption fee is $400 and that includes spaying/neutering, shots, and microchip. If you want to take me home, please fill out the form on the website here: https://theanimalpad.org/adoption-application/
