　　Sam is a 1-year-old Rat Terrier mix. He is black with white markings and does have just a little bit of brown in his markings. Sam weighs 15.6 pounds and will not get much bigger. He is playful and frisky. Sam is also sweet and has an endearing little personality. He would do well in a home with other dogs and children. This precious little fellow just needs a family to love him and Sam promises to return the favor.Dogs and puppies may be adopted for a fee of $120. Cats, 7 months and older, may be adopted for $50. Kittens, under the age of 7 months, may be adopted for $80. Adoption fees for pure breds may be higher and will need to be discussed with the Shelter Manager. PAHS is also offering the Better with a Buddy Program; if you adopt one kitten, you can adopt his or her buddy for half price. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), 30 days of insurance (as requirements met), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.
