Give me a forever home and my tail will wag even faster!
This cutie pie is Eva, a two to three year old female rat terrier. She has a soft, smooth white coat with brown and black markings. She is a stout little girl, weighing 13 pounds, but she has trimmed down some after getting regular exercise at our adoption facility. Eva was pulled from our local shelter where she had been picked up by animal control. A person came in and said she was his dog but then left and didn't come back to get her. Poor baby.
Eva is a very sweet, social dog. She is friendly and loves attention. Eva is pretty active but not quite as high energy as most rat terriers. She should be fine in an apartment as long as she gets some daily walks. She will require a fenced-in yard if left outside any. Eva should be fine with children 10 and older. She is not good with cats as she tries to chase them. Eva is up to date on her vet care, will be spayed on 2/20/12 and is heartworm negative. She is on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. Little Eva is ready to come into your home and show you what a wonderful companion she will make you!
Our adoption fee is $75. Read more information on our adoption process . Then, if you feel your home might be the right forever home and you would like to adopt a dog, submit an application
