It’s been in my safe for 25years. I don’t wear watches and know nothing about them. My grandfather had it since 1950 per engraving on back. Watch itself Could be older than 1950? My great uncle, my grandfathers brother was an Air Force pilot. He gave my grandfather this watch for his birthday in 1950. Had his initials engraved with date. See photo. Its in working condition. It’s steel and has a turquoise & silver band not original with watch but what my grandfather put on. He was a professor at Berkeley in the 50s and loved turquoise and silver. I’m not really sure the price I should be asking but prices for similar watches go from $3500 (not exact model- to $44,000 and that appears tobe closest to the
watch I have and what president Truman had worn from what I read online. Please see photos for more information as I’m not really sure I can answer your questions.
