Ralph's story
Meet Ralph 2 1/2 years old, Lab mix, 80 pounds that is nothing but full of sweetness. Ralph was born to a chocolate lab mom we had rescued named Perugina now Ginger along with his two other siblings. Ralph was adopted in 2015 as a puppy and since his family dynamics recently changed at no fault of his own he finds himself in need of another home. Ralph is a very loving dog and wants to be with his humans. He's a very strong, play puppy like boy so probably would do best in a family with older children since he doesn't know his own strength. Ralph is house trained and enjoys spending time inside where you are. He is very fond of older boys/men and is a wonderful companion. A stay-at-home parent would be a bonus but not a necessity. He does fine outside in a fenced-in yard and has learned how to use a doggy door. Ralph gets along well with other dogs. He enjoys a good walk and does pull slightly so walks best wearing a harness. He's not much for retrieving a ball but he does like to chew on them and play keep away. He knows a few cues like "sit", "down", and "shake". Ralph enjoys a bath especially while its so hot and the cool water feels so good! He absolutely LOVES to ride in a vehicle and especially to the local ice cream stop for a puppy treat!
