Raine's story
This little beauty is Raine. Raine is about 4-5 months old and weighs about 42 lbs. Judging by the size of her feet, she is going to be a gentle giant. Raine has a beautiful white coat with black markings and black spots. It is hard to tell her exact breed, but we are guessing she has some lab in her because of her webbed feet and possibly some border collie because of her coloring, but whatever she is she is 100% lovable! She and her sister, River, were in a rural shelter and were scheduled to be euthanized because they were large breed babies and not getting any interest. FOR found out about them and two volunteers jumped into the car to make the two-hour drive to get them. They are in a foster home where they are learning about toys, treats, soft beds, and regular meals. Raine is very affectionate and loves her people. She loves playing with her sister, River, and the other two dogs in her foster home. She loves romping around outside in a safe, secure, fenced in yard and then she will come inside and snuggle up beside you. She is doing great with potty training and has not had any accidents in the house. Her foster mom is home during the day and makes sure that she goes outside regularly to go potty. She is crate trained and will go in her crate right away and then she gets a treat. This baby is so precious and deserves a good, loving home where she will be part of a family. She travels well in the car and would love to go on adventures with you. Do you have room in your home and heart for this precious baby? She will make an awesome companion!
