Quarterhorse - Kansas - Large - Adult - Female - Horse

　　Kansas also came to AAE as result of the November Rescue Miracle. She surprised us all by giving birth first of all the rescue mares. She foaled on April 2nd to an adorable colt we named Hutchinson, aka Hutch (in honor of a famous tornado that visited the state of Kansas!). Kansas has been a wonderful and attentive mom. She displays a wise and confident personality and tends to be a more dominant mare in the herd. Her long, flaxen mane and unusual chocolate coat are striking. She soon will be started under halter, and we anticipate that she will progress quickly to ground training with her smart and calm nature.
