Quarterhorse - Cowboy - Medium - Adult - Male - Horse
Cowboy is such an entertainer that some people don't even notice his conformation until they're standing right next to him. Cowboy was born with lordosis, otherwise known as a swayed back, so he can't be ridden. However, his back causes him no pain. This athletic guy races around his pasture with the best of them, but to stay sound, he needs the special care of a Natural Balance farrier.
No one loves a joke better than Cowboy, especially at the expense of an unwitting volunteer. He quickly sizes up a person's confidence, and if he thinks he can get away with it, he'll relieve his pasture visitor of a camera, hat or any other object worth nabbing. But, make no mistake, he's a very Parelli-savvy horse and respectful of space when asked properly.
At Liberty, Cowboy is pro! He canters closely executed circles around his trainer, self loads into a trailer and he looks absolutely gorgeous pulling his stylish cart. Cowboy gets along well with pasture mates and is friendly and inquisitive around people.
This big gelding would love to find a home with an equally big-hearted Parelli Level-3 or above student. Cowboy is amazing at Liberty Savvy games. Potential adopters who are proficient in other natural-horsemanship disciplines are also encouraged to apply for adoption by demonstrating their horse-handling skills.
Cowboy is primarily a Left-brain Extrovert. Please click on the following link to find out more about Horsenality traits .
