I have a light purple 2 person 9 volt battery powered vehicle readily available. It has safety belt for both riders. It can go 2 speeds: 2 mph or faster at 5 miles per hour that can be easily altered by a joystick between the 2 seats. Beside the steering wheels it has a switch with 3 settings available consisting of: off, forward and in reverse. It is powered by a foot pedal on the motorists side. The color is rather faded and there are some cosmetic issues (my kids have run into walls a few times!) however other then that the car is in great condition. The battery is not holding a charge for as long as it used to so a brand-new battery may be in order. Comes with power charging cord.
