About Our Name.
The snow leopard (likewise understood as "ounce") is a reasonably large feline native to the mountain varieties of Central Asia. Why were snow leopards originally called ounce? Study believes it might originate from Latin: luncea meanings lynx. Due to the fact that French speakers thought the L implied the, in French the word ended up being lonce which was altered over time to lonce. We thought Ounce quite suitable for our majestic felines.
About Bengals.
Bengals are absolutely remarkable cats. They have incredibly unique looks gone along with by wild personalities.
They are completely domesticated animals, but the appearances come from their origination from a hybrid of the Asian Leopard Cat (ALC) and a domestic cat through a reproducing program begun by Jean Mill of Millwood Bengals.
