My story

　　Pumpkin is a very sweet, shy cat looking for a quiet house. With a little patience she will warm up to you! She is not fond of dogs or small children, they scare her. Once she is comfortable with her surroundings she loves to play with small toys or wands and jump and hide on packing paper. Sometimes she even plays fetch! She loves to sit in windows and watch birds and other wildlife. She enjoys napping in the sun. When it is cold, she will sit on your lap occasionally. An electric warming mat by the window is her favorite spot.

　　Pumpkin is ideal for someone that wants a companion all day. She will not bother you much, but she likes to be near you. She is very curious and likes to check out everything you are working on. She has been an only cat for most of her life. She enjoys lots of petting and brushing and the occasional cuddle.
