Pumpkin is a 4 year old chihuahua who is looking for a forever family who will love her for who she is. Pumpkin was originally adopted from the humane society after being hit by a car. The trauma from being hit by a car has caused a permanent head tilt, but she has learned to live that way is a happy otherwise healthy girl. Her head tilt does affect her balance, so she walks slightly crooked, and it causes her to hear differently, being unsure where the noises she hears are coming from at first. All of these little issues are something she is used to and well adjusted to and she doesn't let it slow her down. Pumpkin is good with children, but the children will need to understand that Pumpkin is different and move slowly with her while she gets used to her new family. Pumpkin is good with dogs of all sizes! She is house broken, doggy door trained, and kennel trained. Pumpkin loves car rides and is ready for summer vacation! Pumpkin's very favorite things are treats and cuddling. Pumpkin weighs 7 pounds full grown. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, microchipped and vet checked. Her adoption fee is $220. To meet her come to our shelter location 1102 W Hatcher Rd open Tuesday to Sunday 11am to 6pm. Call on the weekend for location as we have some dogs who attend off site adoption events .
